Cancellation Requests
- Customers can request cancellations by emailing us at support@impreda.in during our operating hours, Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm IST.
- Packages in transit can only be canceled once they are delivered.
Return Policy
- Every item purchased from our website can be returned within a 7-day return period, provided the tag is attached.
- There is no specific timeframe within the 7-day return period, allowing customers flexibility to return items at any time within this window.
- To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, customers must provide a picture of the defective item.
- When returning items, customers must include all original packaging materials, such as boxes and courier bags.
- There are no restocking fees or return shipping costs associated with returns.

Refund Process
- Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, we offer the flexibility of online refunds or alternative agreed-upon methods.
- Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Return Exclusions
We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged or altered after the removal of tags.
Returns are not accepted for customers residing outside India.
Return Initiation Process
- To initiate a return, please send an email to support@impreda.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Attach clear images of the product, its packaging, and the tags.
- Include your order number and specify the reason for the return in the email.
Return Pickup
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the item at a convenient time.
- Please ensure that the product is securely packaged, including all original tags.
Order Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at support@impreda.in within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
