How are Impreda crystals made?
Each piece is hand-set with premium Austrian crystal, finished and polished by skilled artisans. Every stone is inspected for clarity and brilliance before it leaves our atelier.
How do I care for my Impreda jewellery?
Store in the soft pouch provided. Wipe gently with a microfibre cloth after wear. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion and water to preserve the finish. Free lifetime polish is included with every order.
What is your shipping policy?
Complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹2,000 within India. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–6 business days. Each piece ships in our signature gift packaging.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes — return any unworn piece within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Returns are free across India. Personalised pieces are non-returnable.
