Refund policy

At Impreda, every piece is crafted and chosen with intention. If something doesn’t feel perfect, we ensure a smooth, respectful, and transparent return experience.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for all eligible products.

Non-returnable items:

  • Deal of the Day products (final sale)

  • Hygiene-sensitive items:

    • Earrings

    • Nose pins

    • Hair accessories

  • Products that show wear, scratches, damage, perfume, or use

All other items follow our 7-day return window.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

For any return request, a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is required.
This must show:

  • The unopened courier package

  • The seal

  • The entire unboxing process

  • The condition of the product as received

Without this video, we cannot approve the return.


3. Condition Requirements

A return will be approved only if:

  • The jewelry is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags, cards, pouches, boxes, and protective packaging are intact

  • No damage, fragrance, residue, or signs of handling are present

Returns failing these conditions will be rejected and sent back.


4. Return Shipping

After your return request is reviewed:

  • You will receive return instructions via email or WhatsApp

  • Return shipping costs may apply depending on your location

  • Products must be securely packed in their original packaging

Improper packing that results in damage will void the return.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned item:

  1. Is received by Impreda

  2. Passes quality inspection

  3. Is approved by our team


5.1 Refunds for Prepaid (Online Payment) Orders

Refunds for prepaid orders are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time:

  • Impreda processing: 2–4 working days

  • Bank/gateway credit: 5–7 working days


5.2 Refunds for COD Orders.

Since COD orders are paid in cash, refunds cannot be returned to the original mode.

For COD customers, refunds are available through:

  • NEFT

  • IMPS

  • UPI

The customer must provide:

  • Account holder name

  • Bank name

  • Account number

  • IFSC code

  • OR UPI ID

Refunds will be processed only after these details are shared correctly.
Impreda is not responsible for failed refunds caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Refund processing time:

  • 3–5 working days after approval

  • Bank timelines may vary


6. Exchanges

At this moment, Impreda does not offer direct exchanges.
Customers may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Submit the unboxing video clearly showing the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or refund after verification.


8. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Cancellations are allowed only before the parcel is booked for dispatch.

  • Orders may be booked as early as 12 PM

  • Orders may also be booked after 6 PM for next-morning pickup

Once the shipment is booked, cancellation is not possible.
