Eligibility for Returns

List of criteria customers can understand instantly:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and unworn
  • Original tags, pouches, and box must be intact
  • No scratches, perfume, or damage
  • Mandatory unboxing video required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Deal of the Day products
  • Earrings, nose pins, hair accessories
  • Items showing signs of wear
How to Request a Return?

A simple 3–4 step flow:

  • Email us at support@impreda.in within 7 days
  • Share the unboxing video + reason for return
  • Await approval
  • Pack the product properly and send as instructed
How do I ship my product back to Impreda?

Once your return is approved, we will email you the return instructions. Please pack the product securely in its original box, pouches, and protective layers to avoid transit damage.

Who pays for the return shipping?

Return shipping costs may apply depending on your location. You will be informed clearly during the approval process — no surprises.

What happens if the product is damaged during return shipping?

If the returned item arrives damaged due to improper packaging, the return may be rejected. We strongly request all customers to pack items exactly as received.

I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. A mandatory unboxing video is required to verify the issue.

Why is the unboxing video required for damage claims?

The video helps us see the parcel condition from the moment it’s opened. This ensures complete transparency and protects both you and Impreda.

Will I get a replacement or a refund?

Yes — after verification, you can choose:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A refund (based on your payment mode)
What if I contact after 24 hours?

Reports made after 24 hours may not qualify for a return or replacement, as we cannot verify if the damage occurred post-delivery.

The product I received looks slightly different from the pictures. Is that a defect?

Minor variations may occur due to lighting, camera angles, or screen display differences. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacement.

Refund Options

For Prepaid Orders

  • Refund to original payment method
  • 5–7 working days after approval

For COD Orders

  • Refund through: NEFT / IMPS / UPI
  • Customer must provide: Account holder name / Bank name / Account number / IFSC / UPI ID
  • Processing time: 3–5 working days after approval.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations allowed only before the parcel is booked
  • Once booked with the courier, cancellation is not possible
  • Return decisions are based on video and condition.
  • Any missing packaging may affect approval.
  • Refunds are processed only after inspection.
  • Shipping timelines outside our control do not affect eligibility.
