Product Information

We take great care to present our jewelry accurately, but:

  • Minor variations in colour, shine, and appearance may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
  • Impreda may update product details, availability, or pricing at any time without prior notice.

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices on the website may change at any time at Impreda’s discretion.
  • Once you place an order, the price is final and cannot be adjusted (even if it is reduced later).
  • Impreda may reduce prices in the future — these reductions apply only to future purchases.
  • Online payments receive an instant 5% discount.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

Order Processing & Cancellations

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before 6 PM are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 6 PM are processed the next morning.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order only before the parcel is booked for dispatch.

  • Parcels may be scheduled as early as 12 PM.
  • Parcels may also be booked after 6 PM for next-morning pickup.

Once a parcel is booked with the courier, cancellation is not possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping details are governed by our Shipping Policy, including:

  • Delivery timelines
  • Same-day delivery rules (Kolkata only)
  • Free shipping policy
  • Tracking information

By placing an order, you acknowledge that courier delays beyond our control do not constitute grounds for refund or cancellation.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns are governed by our full Return & Refund Policy, which includes:

Return Eligibility:

  • 7-day return window
  • Mandatory unboxing video
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original tags, pouches, and box must be included
  • Deal of the Day items, earrings, nose pins, and hair accessories are non-returnable

Refunds for Prepaid Orders:

  • Refunded to the original payment method

Refunds for COD Orders:

Refunds cannot be issued back to COD.

Customers may choose:

  • NEFT
  • IMPS
  • UPI

Customer must provide correct bank/UPI details.

Incorrect details leading to failed transactions are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund is processed only after:

  1. Product is received
  2. Inspected
  3. Approved

  • Messages sent after 9 PM may be answered the next morning.

Limitation of Liability

Impreda is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Incorrect delivery addresses
  • Unauthorized use of website content
  • Damage resulting from improper handling post-delivery

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes come into effect immediately upon posting on the website.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, or legal matters related to Impreda shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the Kolkata High Court, West Bengal.

No other court or jurisdiction shall have authority.
