  • Metro cities: 2–3 days
  • Urban & non-metro areas: 5–7 days
  • Priority delivery: ₹200 → arrives next day
  • Same-day delivery (Kolkata only): ₹200

    (Yes, we treat Kolkata like our favorite child.)
Do you offer COD?

Yes, COD is available — but please don’t ghost us after checkout.

How do I track my order?

We’ll send you a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
You don’t have to stalk the delivery guy manually.

What is your return policy?

7 days return window — no drama, no interrogation.

Non-premium products: No warranty — but lots of love

Do you offer re-plating?

Not for every product. Only premium pieces get the spa treatment.
