You must be 18 years or older to place an order. By purchasing from Impreda, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and lawful.
3. Product Information
We take great care to describe and photograph every product accurately, but:
- Minor variations in design, texture, and appearance may occur due to photography and screen differences.
- Impreda reserves the right to modify product details, availability, and specifications at any time without notice.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices may change at any time at Impreda’s discretion.
- Once an order is placed, the price is final and cannot be adjusted, even if it decreases later.
- Prices at Impreda may only go down, never up, but these changes apply only to future purchases.
- Online payments receive a 5% discount.
- COD is available for eligible pin codes.
5. Order Processing & Cancellation
5.1 Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 6 PM are processed same day.
- Orders placed after 6 PM are processed next working day.
5.2 Cancellations
Cancellation is only possible before the parcel is booked for dispatch.
- Parcels may be booked as early as 12 PM for same-day pickup.
- Parcels may also be booked after 6 PM for next-morning pickup.
Once a parcel is booked in Shiprocket, cancellation is not possible under any circumstance.
6. Shipping & Delivery

By placing an order, you agree that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
7. Return & Refund Policy (Full Integration)
Impreda offers returns under the following terms:
7.1 Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery except:
- Deal of the Day items (final sale)
- Hygiene items such as earrings, nose pins, and hair accessories
7.2 Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is required for any return request.
This must show:
- The parcel seal
- The opening
- The complete product
- Any damages or concerns
Returns without the required video are automatically rejected.
7.3 Condition of Returned Products
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is unused and unworn
- All tags, cards, and packaging are intact
- No scratches, perfume smells, or signs of wear are present
7.4 Refund Method
For Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be sent to the original mode of payment.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds cannot be processed back to COD.
Instead, customers may choose:
Customers must provide the required bank/UPI details for the refund to be processed.
Impreda is not responsible for incorrect payment details provided by the customer.
Refunds are issued only after:
- The product is received
- Inspected
- Approved
Refund processing timelines depend on banks and payment gateways.
8. Intellectual Property (Strict Protection)
All content on this website — including but not limited to:
- Product images
- Videos
- Descriptions
- Designs & conceptual elements
- Brand identity
- Website layout
- Text, graphics, and digital assets
— are the exclusive property of Impreda Ornaments OPC Private Limited.
Absolutely prohibited without written permission:
- Downloading
- Editing
- Copying
- Reproducing
- Redistributing
- Commercial use
- Use by competitors or sellers
Legal action may be taken against any violation.
9. Communication & Alerts
After placing an order:
- Customers automatically receive email & WhatsApp updates
- Any replies from the customer will be responded to personally by our team
- Messages after 9 PM may be answered the next day
By placing an order, you consent to transactional communication.
10. Limitation of Liability
Impreda is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
- Losses caused by misuse of website content
- Unauthorized reselling or reproduction of Impreda products
Our maximum liability is limited to the order value of the product purchased.
11. Modifications to Terms
Impreda may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
